
The Evolutionary Biology Centre at Uppsala University is a world leading research and education centre, attracting researchers and students from around the world. The research at EBC focuses on evolutionary processes at all levels, and the research is an integral part of the PhD education and the courses offered at EBC. PhD student courses are offered by both the EBC and the Graduate School on Genomes and Phenotypes.
The EBC graduate school on genomes and phenotypes: This research school (funded by the Swedish Research Council) aims to encourage and promote interactions among PhD students at EBC working in the interphase of genomics and evolutionary biology. Courses and many other activities arranged by the school are open also to students from other universities.
