Accommodation

Accommodation has been prebooked at three different hotels and hostels near the conference venue.

Please make your hotel reservation by filling in your request on the registration form. Hotel rates and room availability can only be guaranteed if your booking is made by August 1. The hotel rooms will be confirmed on a first come – first served basis.

Credit Card Guarantee
In order to guarantee accommodation you need to state your credit card details on the registration form. The information will only be used in case of no-show or late cancellation. Please read “Cancellation and Refunds” on the Registration page.

Payment Options
Accommodation must be paid directly to the hotel/hostel during your stay. You will be able to pay by credit card or by cash.

Changes to your Reservation
If you need to change your reservation, please contact the conference secretariat by e-mail or fax.

Gysinge Herrgård • website (in Swedish only) Located next to the conference venue. Rates: Single room: SEK 595/night Double room: SEK 910/room/night
Gysinge Vandrarhem (hostel) • Located 10 minutes walk from the conference venue Rates: One bed room: SEK 345/night Room with two beds: SEK 345/bed/night Room with four beds: SEK 345/bed/night If you choose a bed in a multiple bed room, please indicate if there is someone in particular you wish to share room with. There will separate rooms for men and women.
Gysinge Wärdshus • website (in Swedish only) Located 10 minutes walk from the conference venue. Rates: Single room: SEK 1195/night Double room: SEK 1495/room/night Cabin with 3 beds: SEK 1650 for three persons/night. When you make your reservation for a cabin, please write who you will share the cabin with.
